No chip, no barcode, no worries.

Simple optional results for organisers of informal running events. Timed runners record normally, sync to Strava, and AfterRun helps you review private results later.

What the timed runner sees

A simple sample join page shows the timed runner the event details, consent message, and Strava connection step. After the event, the sample results page shows how private results could look once the organiser has reviewed them.

Simple for runners, calmer for organisers

Timed runners record on their watch or phone as normal and sync to Strava as normal. AfterRun helps the organiser review results later, so the event does not need live timing.

  1. Timed runners record normally

They use their own watch or phone during the informal running event.

  2. Activity syncs to Strava

Timed runners sync to Strava as normal, with nothing unusual to do.

  3. AfterRun checks later

AfterRun is delayed, not live. It checks after the event instead of timing people on the course.

  4. Organiser reviews the results

The organiser gets a private view of the results and decides what is ready.

You're always in control

Some results need a second look, and that is fine. AfterRun flags them clearly so the organiser can decide what to do.

Needs review

Something looks close, but the organiser should check it before ranking the result.

Missing

No suitable Strava activity has been found yet.

Organiser review

Unclear results stay private so the organiser can decide what is ready.

Privacy

Private until the organiser is ready

Results stay private until the organiser is ready. AfterRun only uses what timed runners consent to share for the event, and does not show maps, GPS traces, heart rate, cadence, power, calories, activity IDs, upload IDs, or full Strava activity details.
