Data deletion requests

Deletion requests are manual at this stage. AfterRun does not yet have runner-facing in-app disconnect or delete controls.

How To Request Deletion

Contact afterrunracetiming@gmail.com with the event and runner details needed to identify your request.

We will review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible.

Revoking Strava Access

Runners can revoke AfterRun access from their Strava settings. When Strava sends a deauthorisation event for a final participant-linked connection, AfterRun clears the stored access and refresh tokens and records that the connection was deauthorised.

Manual Review

Event admin records, participant records, and result records may require manual review before deletion, especially where they relate to an event organiser's private result records.

Short-lived pre-confirmation records may be created before a runner completes final confirmation. This page does not claim that those records are currently cleaned up by an automated in-app workflow.
