Timed And Untimed Runners

Timed runners opt in for a specific event, connect with Strava, record normally on their own watch or phone, and let the activity sync to Strava before the event deadline.

Untimed runners can join socially without connecting Strava and without appearing in results.

Delayed Private Results

AfterRun checks later after the deadline. Results are delayed and private/review-first, not live timing and not public results.

If Strava Connection Fails

Try the private event link again and make sure the Strava authorisation completes. If Strava says the app cannot connect more athletes, that may be the current Strava app capacity limit.

If An Activity Is Private Or Not Matched

Automatic matching currently needs the event activity to be visible to Followers or Everyone. Activities set to Only You or private are not automatically matched in the current private-pilot version.

A missing or unmatched result may need private organiser review later.
